This is a hidden gem! Bonny and Cynthia are two out of several stylists that seriously know their hair, cut, and come process. I'm very picky with my highlights and color and holy cow, did Cynthia do a fabulous job! Not to mention she is truly a wonderful person so it makes going to the hair salon like seeing an old friend. Now yes, the interior is a little dated, but honestly, who cares? That has nothing to do with your hair or hair cutting experience itself.

Cynthia is hands-down one of the best colorists in the area. She has a real knack for picking the perfect tones for your hair. I've been going to her for at least 10 years on and off (I don't live close anymore). She is so lovely and genuinely a good person. Give the salon a shot, you won't be disappointed!

I am elated to find such a great salon after recently moving to the area from Los Angeles! My sister has been going to Cynthia at Philip Russell Hair Design for over a decade...The bade color she did was rich and gorgeous and the fun colors and cut were perfect! I can't wait to come back!
