“I employed this company to replace the HVAC in my previous home three years ago and was happy with their work.  So when my 2-year-old heat pump AC stopped working, I called Air Treatment, although I had to wait two days with no AC. Unlike most of the technicians from the national franchise I dealt with before (while doing routine maintenance), the technician who came (Mike) was extremely knowledgeable and competent. “I hired Amazon for dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn't be happier. It was a difficult job because the duct was hard to find in the attic, but my technician Ruben was thorough and persistent. By the time he was done, he had cleared out years' worth of hardened lint that had completely blocked the duct in multiple places. Ruben explained to me every step of the way what the issues were and how to avoid them going forward, as well as all the possible scenarios and what they would mean (e.g. if the builders hadn't connected the vent, if a bird flies through the vent flap, if the dryer check filter light comes on).

I'm writing this having just recently moved into a new house, and I've been dealing with service providers of all types (electricians, irrigation specialists, pest control, general handymen, etc.). This service was, by a wide margin, the most worthwhile and satisfying I've had at my new home to date. $149 very well spent.“

“We had a strange chemical smell which we thought was coming from the HVAC (turns out it wasn't). Two other companies came out and stated that we needed to replace the system since it was on the older side (10k cost). I contacted Dwight to get pricing on replacing my HVAC system as a third estimate. Dwight looked everything over (more thoroughly than the others) and told me that I do not need to replace the system yet. I'll be calling Dwight Muse when we actually have the need for a new system and for any other issues related to heating/cooling!“
