“Vinny and his team were amazing! We lost AC during the hottest week in July and he was able to come out the same day to get the AC working and explained the issues with our system.

Later, when the weather cooled, the heat wasn't coming on. Vinny came out the same day, and explained why we need to replace the system. We put a deposit down the same day.

The day after we put the deposit down, the equipment was delivered, and installed the day after. Nhan and Hieu were very quick!

They were also incredibly honest and transparent. Because they came out to fix the AC earlier, they gave us an incredible discount on replacing the system in the fall.

“I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC.
