“We had a wonderful experience with this cleaning service! My wife and I wanted to do a deep clean of our apartment, so I submitted an inquiry form on Saturday and almost immediately received an email response directly from Jessy. We booked the clean for that Tuesday. It was wonderful to speak directly with the business owner throughout the whole process, and she answered any questions I had about pricing, additional tasks, etc.

Jessy's team showed up at exactly the time we had scheduled, I gave them a walkthrough of the apartment (highlighting specific areas to be cleaned), and then left to work. They finished everything within 3 hours. When my wife and I walked in afterwards, our jaws DROPPED! They had gotten some very stubborn mildew stains out of the shower and been very attentive to everything I had requested during the walkthrough. We were particularly struck by how they had clearly moved the furniture (and moved it back) in order to get at those hard-to-reach places.

All in all, this was a very responsive, timely, cost-effective, and detailed service. We can't wait to work with them again soon!“

“Extremely thorough. Pilar came with the girls to do a walk through before hand so she could ensure all that we wanted was done. Then she left them to it. They did all that we asked and then some. In fact, I noticed the dials on my stove were on wrong because they too them off to ensure all the dirt that collets there was clean! So to me, if things are slightly out of place, that means they were MOVED and what’s underneath CLEANED. Good thing in my opinion. We’ll have them back.“

“I called APS 4 years ago when I broke my leg. I had never used a cleaning company before and they did such an amazing job I kept them for 4 years. Patty always contacted me the day before to make sure I was ok with them coming over and was always accommodating when I needed to change the date of service. On several occasions the house was worse than usual because of gatherings, I was super busy at work or not feeling well. Any time I felt that something wasn’t cleaned to standard she always fixed the problem as soon as was possible.We recently had to move and hired her for the clean out move.
