We were immediately impressed by why and how Monument was established and the services they could provide, by Simo’s experience, qualifications, professionalism and personal interest in my brother’s well-being (even though my brother’s situation was unique). Monument was hired on the spot and with Simo’s care and help, my brother was able to start his new position at GMU and I was able to return to NC knowing my brother had the best of support services.Our relationship with Monument continued … my brother ended up with two surgical infections and again, Simo was able to help him through that ordeal as well as settling into a new city because Monument is local and flexible — not just another huge corporate “care” company!
