My appointment was scheduled for 2:15 and although my lash tech sent me a text informing me of her tardiness, there was no apology or anything upon her arrival. I waited 35 minutes and it was 2:50 when I was over it and on my way out the door to leave when she arrived so I just let her do my lashes anyways. Wouldn’t see myself coming here again.Addendum: Appreciate that the lash tech reached out later with concern and apologized for the tardiness.“
