“This is by far the most professional salon that I have ever been to, Traya’na is very punctual and professional. I was nervous at first, but after arriving at my appointment, Traya’na quickly put me at ease, she is very well versed and knowledgeable about her craft. She was very detailed in explaining the process to me and also showed me that she used a fresh needle etc. The shop was also very clean, it smelled nice and also was very relaxing with music playing. I also was able to sit in the chair at my appointment time which is so important to me these days! I have had two appointments so far at this shop and most certainly will be back. The procedure was definitely not as painful as I thought and beginner friendly!…And the work is phenomenal! I wake up daily looking so beautiful! 100/10“
“The work done was beautifully, although I did need to remove them prematurely due to a complication in my eye. My appointment was scheduled for 2:15 and although my lash tech sent me a text informing me of her tardiness, there was no apology or anything upon her arrival. I waited 35 minutes and it was 2:50 when I was over it and on my way out the door to leave when she arrived so I just let her do my lashes anyways. Wouldn’t see myself coming here again.Addendum: Appreciate that the lash tech reached out later with concern and apologized for the tardiness.“

“I called on a Sunday for my own personal relaxation day and she took me right in and booked a facial along with my first time getting eyelash extensions and I absolutely loved the conversation and caring touch she put into taking care of it on my day off and on short notice.
