The initial visit was a little long but I didn't plan anything else for that day, so I was good - I had my book to read in between seeing the staff. “Every interaction today was pleasant, from check-in (it helps speed the process to complete your check-in forms online) to mammogram screening and ultrasound. I had two appointments back-to-back and was done in about an hour and a half. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable, which is very appreciated, especially when you are there for diagnostic follow-ups and may be nervous. “I have been seeing Dr. Krishnagiri for years. She listens to me and doesn't just throw medication at me. I leave voicemails occasionally or message through the ap and always hear back. There was an issue for a short time with the front desk person but that seems to be resolved. I'm typically greeting nicely. I'm very happy with Dr. K and her assistant.“
