The Resident physician I see Rebecca Bohman is amazing however, there are two doctors in this office that could learn how to speak to patients! Because telling them you only have 20 minutes because they are annoyed at an additional problem you mention that THEY MISSED because the info was actually given to the MA so it wasn’t additional) should be sent for some in servicing. I am the customer, paying client, THE patient. Without US YOU THE DOCTORS WOULD HAVE NO JOB! Honestly it was rude, uncalled for and I have already passed this information to others not to see her if the come to this office!

My medical assistant,Tanya, was great. Very personable and professional. My PA, Molly, was very thorough and attentive. My needs were met! Would highly recommend. I was shocked after seeing the reviews. The layout of the building was a little confusing, but I can’t complain.

This office is into some shady business practices. I recently had an annual physical, which should have been free thru my insurance. However, I was just notified that I have a post due copay for that visit. When I talked to billing, their first question was, "did you discuss anything outside the physical requirements?" I told her what I had discussed & she said I had gone outside the physical conversation & it had become a regular office visit. The Dr. never warned me if this, but talked as if it were no big deal. To not warm me, then let me walk out thinking I hadn't been charged anything, sneak that in after I left, is bush league and in my book, borderline unethical....read full review
