Ray at MASTER REPAIR SERVICES is such a delight to work with! He always comes within a day or two of my initial phone call. His prices are very reasonable, and he gets the work done quickly. I have called many many appliance repair techs, but Ray is the only who answers his phone AND shows up. I can't recommend him more highly!

Ray was very timely and efficient with the repair of my washer and dryer combo. I sent all night trying to find where the fuse was. I was extremely worried I would have to spend my entire weekend finding the part and location and being without a dryer for a few days. Thankfully he had the part and was able to find where it goes. I would recommend and use his services again.

Ray got back right away. He came and fixed the washer but told us that 2 wires had separated. He tried to fix like was before but did say it may not hold and a bracket may have to be used. Well he was right I washed one load and it did the same thing. I texted him to let know he got right back. He ordered the part and as so as it came in he came and put it on. This time he only charged us for part. He had already fixed the main problem. His rates are low and we would use him again.We had tried a few others before him and they either never called back or was a no shoe.So if you need some one dependable Ray's the guys.
