Filed a service claim with Samsung to fix the ice maker, service quick was assigned to fix the issue. Upon looking at their reviews on Google, I didn’t have high expectations of receiving quality work. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding communication and service I received! The technicians were very polite, professional, courteous, and performed the repair work first time quality. This reinforced the saying, don’t judge a book by its cover.

I don't understand the bad reviews here. I called Samsung, was referred to this company. Ticket in on a Monday, repair done by Wednesday, what's to complain about? I had a gas oven that needed a new igniter and Kevin did it in less than an hour. Absolutely spectacular service!

TV repair was covered under warranty. The technician had to open the tv to replace a motherboard. Took about 45 minutes from start to finish and our tv works great again.Service: TV repair
