“Update** changing the 2/5 to 5/5. Julian’s Flowers made it right by giving me a FULL refund. I’ve never gotten that level of customer service before. I truly appreciate it and will be coming back and letting everyone know how this is a business that truly cares about customer satisfaction.<br><br>Flowers that were purchased online did not look like the flowers that were received. The vase in the picture is round and the vase I received with square with stems showing. Flowers could not be delivered to Portsmouth and pick up was not an option. The flowers I purchased was 159.95 and was charged $230 for a delivery to my house which was right down the road. Called my friend the day after I dropped them off and all the petals had already fallen off. Very disappointed, especially with the price we paid for these.“
