Flowers that were purchased online did not look like the flowers that were received. The vase in the picture is round and the vase I received with square with stems showing. Flowers could not be delivered to Portsmouth and pick up was not an option. The flowers I purchased was 159.95 and was charged $230 for a delivery to my house which was right down the road. Called my friend the day after I dropped them off and all the petals had already fallen off. Very disappointed, especially with the price we paid for these.“

“I placed an order for a Friday same-day delivery to a friend in an office location, but unbeknownst to me, her office closed early that day and the flowers couldn't be delivered.

Belinda called me to let me know, and also said that she'd ensure a fresh arrangement would be delivered the following Monday. Sure enough, they were and my friend was thrilled with the arrangement :-)
