My lab had outlasted his natural life. Dr. Willis did all he could, but at my request we mutually agreed he was suffering and I had to make that decision pet owners hate. The Dr. and his staff couldn’t have been more empathetic and professional. They made a horrific situation almost tolerable. Extremely impressed.

I am so grateful for Winterfield Veterinary Hospital. My family and I have been following Dr Tisnado for many years and with multiple pets, and Winterfield has some of the best staff she has worked with. My dog’s spinal issue progressed overnight and when I called with my concern, Heather answered. She was so kind and patient with me, even as I got to the vet and started crying with concern for my dog. Dr Tisnado was able to get him with a neurologist the same day and he had surgery that same day (on a Friday, which is short of a miracle) and I don’t know what we would have done if this didn’t happen. Excellent staff. They really care about your pets. They take their time, asking and answering questions. The facility is clean and in a great location, very convenient to anyone living close to the Robious corridor of Midlothian.
