I would give 10 stars if I could. We have taken our labradoodle to these wonderful people for 14 years. He was so loved and cared for by everyone from the front desk, the groomers (LOVE Gayla!!!), the Vet Techs (esp Hillary and Lydia) and the vets (esp Dr. White and Dr Willis)!! They are all so patient and take the time to listen and offer their expertise with compassion. Their Jobs are not easy a lot of days and often they are met with emotional pet family members who take out their fears and frustrations on them. Kimberly is an amazing groomer and I won't take Luna anywhere else now!! We had our first check up with Winterfield recently and I was very pleased overall with the first visit. The staff are all very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. I am glad I switched from Banfield!

Dr. Willis did both of our dog's knee surgeries. We actually switched practices after the first surgery because we were so impressed with his expertise and his genuinely kind nature. The entire staff has this same kind and caring quality and it is reflected in our dog's relative ease heading into the vet. We drive further to get to Winterfield but it is worth it. Dr. Willis also diagnosed an underlying issue we were unaware of. We can now see the difference in our dog's vibrancy and overall well-being now that this deficiency has been corrected. Definitely feel five-stars on this one!
