“I came for the first time on September 14th with Cara to get dermaplaning for the first time and I have to say, the service was top notch. I did come in for a consultation a week before to get a better understanding about it. Cara explained everything to me and made me comfortable. Now I have a hard time trusting anyone to touch my face. It is sensitive and she was purely honest with everything and answered all my questions I had and concerns.
I felt like I had a VIP service. It was my first time doing facial related ever and I loved it. Will definitely come again for sure. The whole team really makes you comfortable. The front desk was so sweet and nice. Can’t remember their names but if you’re looking for any services, this is the place to come too. I have only dealt with Cara at the moment and I def recommend her. This place is beautiful on the inside as well. They did a good job with it.“

“I had been following her on Instagram for a few months "thelashlady_roz" and I was a fan of her work. I have had bad experiences with eyelash extensions in the past and I was not easily sold by a nice IG profile. Anywhoo - I had a girls trip scheduled and I wanted to glam up a little bit so I decided to try her out. The location is very easy to find, however pulling around the back - not so much. This was NO issue for me because I was given to option to enter through the front and ring the doorbell. Easy, enough. Her studio is cute and shared with a hair salon in the front (with possibly other businesses that I did not take note of) - it is decorated with flower wall decor and a nice luxury chair, pillow and soft blanket to relax in. She keeps the Pandora playlist on 90s R&B which is a plus for me. She is always offering flash sales and deals, so she keeps things exciting and affordable. She is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. She works fast but keep in mind installation usually takes about 2 hours and fills about an hour. Zero pain and gorgeous results. Highly recommend!“

“Trust the process! I waited a long time for my permanent powder brow appointment. When I arrived Taylor numbed me, and we discussed some options for my lifestyle. I will say it is an investment, but I look forward to not having touch ups all the time. Taylor walked me through everything that was happening, and had me check the mapping results as she went through them to make sure I liked the shape. She gave me thorough aftercare instructions. Though, I wish they were written for me to take home so I could remember them all. It's only day 2 and I love my brows! I've also got so many compliments already.
