Seriously the best nail salon in Richmond. If you can find a picture of what you want they can do it for you EXACTLY. They must use high quality products or maybe it’s the way they prep my nails but my dip sets often last over a MONTH! I get compliments all the time, the salon is clean and plays calming piano covers of popular songs and there’s a giant tv screen for everyone to watch British baking show and other relaxing tv on mute. They have every color and tool to keep up with every trend you see online. Pedicures are always done with care and booking online is so easy. This is my safe space and worth every penny I spend!!
I went a few weeks ago on a Saturday and had a great experience and beautiful ombre dip nails that lasted for 3 weeks. I went back on Monday evening to get a fresh dip set, and the tech used the dremel to clean up my cuticles instead of the usual clippers which I didn't think much of at the time, and now three days later half of my cuticles are peeling and bleeding and a couple nails have already chipped and are dull looking. My cuticles were fine before the appt. I guess I will be sure to make a specific appt with Kimberly going forward if I go back (who was great the first time).Price: $53.00

There's not a lot of consistency between techs and sometimes my nails get filed into different shapes/lengths, but it's always looked good so im happy with it. My last trip was a bad experience and I don't think I'll return. The tech I had was heavy handed with the primer and polish and unless I caught it before going under the lamp they would cure in uneven globs and with polish flooded onto my skin . The tech would then file the polish down making it an uneven mess and also rubbing away the skin under my nail so it was raw and bleeding. they didn't wipe away the dust or fibers after filing...read full review
