“I have had my third routine house cleaning since this review -- So far SOOOO good! I am so happy I made the decision to stop cleaning my own house. I wfh and honestly the last thing I want to do is clean the house after emails and calls all day but being home all-day means the mess piles up! Well, Regal came to my rescue. Everything has been a breeze so far and I have absolutely no complaints. From communication to flexibility of schedule...and yes, they did a BOMB job cleaning my 3-story townhouse that is inhabited by two people and two dogs. LOTS OF HAIR. LOTS OF PAWPRINTS and those are all gone once regal comes through :) My favorite part is the toilet paper origami they leave. Listen, do not look at anymore companies if you're on a search. I was you and now you should just be me, pick up the phone and call Rebecca NOW! PRICING is reasonable AF too!! Also, I read some of these negative reviews and I'm not too sure why those folks had issues, but the owners will ask you what your needs are SPECIFICALLY, so be thorough. I was pretty thorough and threw a lot in for my first deep clean and now it's pretty much set the stage for awesome cleanings moving forward. Simple as that.“

While I understand that maybe there have been some scheduling mix-ups for some, or maybe some past cleaners were not as enthusiastic about the quality of their work as they should have been for some other's experiences, I have NOTHING but great things to say about Katie's. They're always easy to deal with, they always do a good job, and if the service I have requested is not enough to produce a clean result then they recommend something else. I never have felt pushed to spend more money than I felt comfortable with or as if I was being "sold". They've always been thorough, on-time, and reliable. I wouldn't rely on the opinion of a few disgruntled individuals who only want a soap box to stand on. I'm telling you that this cleaning service is stupendous.“
