“Update: The vet returned my call on Tuesday and took care of everything. I am satisfied now.The vet is very hard to get a hold of after seeing her for the first time when she informed us our indoor cat has fleas. The vet suggested we put her on Next guard Combo and informed us that she might need something to help with itchy spots and told us to call if she is still scratching a lot after the application.Called on a Thursday left a message. Called on the following Friday and spoke with someone who said they would call the vet to ask about it. Meanwhile, my cat is in discomfort. It is odd that there is only one vet at this practice who is not available at all on Thursdays and is not onsite on a Friday. Maybe I will hear from them on Monday. if not, I might need to find a different vet.“

“My dog had an infection that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. My husband found Sully Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in that same morning and perform surgery. I felt so at ease letting my dog go back with the nurses and after a few hours we got a call that everything went well. Everyone that we came in contact with was extra sweet and it seemed like they truly care. I’d drive 45 minutes over and over again to have them take care of my sweet Bella. I am forever grateful for you all!“

I have been taking my dog there for day and boarding (when needed) since they opened and have referred several people to them for dog day care and boarding. She has always been EXTREMELY knowledgable, professional, practical with how she treats, and engaging with our dogs. “We used Featherle on the recommendation of a friend. We've tried several groomers with our goldendoodle because no one ever seemed to listen to how we wanted him groomed. He always came back too short & the face was never how we described or requested even after showing pictures of our desired look. Featherle was able to get us in quickly. Our pup saw Morgan & he came home with the best cut he's ever had!! He smelled so good & 2 weeks later is still so soft. Thank you, Morgan & Featherle!! Will definitely be coming back!“
