“Shaggy to Chic was recommended to us by several folks in our area after we asked around about pet grooming for our cat. We've used the service twice, and couldn't be happier. I'm an experienced cat owner, and I find Rena Repass, the owner, to be one of the best groomers I've dealt with over the years. She clearly loves animals, and has a loving, gentle way with them. She provides full dog-grooming services as well as cat grooming; based upon our experience with our kitty, I'm sure she's equally excellent with canines. She also works with horses from what I understand. She's friendly, warmly polite, reasonably priced, and quite knowledgeable. When I made my first appointment for our kitty, Rena asked a breed-specific question that I had only learned about myself the day prior. We have a Maine Coon, and they have specific grooming needs; Rena loves Coonies, and our little girl comes back smelling lovely and looking great. Her business has ample parking, and is near other businesses, such as a grocery store, so one can run errands while one's pet is being groomed. It's easy to find, and clearly a labor of love. Now that we've found Rena and Shaggy to Chic, we won't go anywhere else!“

“We’ve been visiting Kaiser for grooming appointments for the last 8 years for our two corgis. Laura and her team has always been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and loving with our corgis…one of whom doesn’t love the grooming process. So it’s no surprise that we reached out to her for advice when our corgi, Gatsby, was having intense resource guarding issues. I reached out for advice as I was feeling like we had no choice but to rehome him. She offered to come over the next day to assess his behavior and offer some training support as a last ditch effort. I am SO glad I did because he has been a changed dog the last several months. We’ve worked with countless trainers on this issue and none suggested the strategies she offered but her strategies worked almost immediately. She looked at him holistically and offered ideas for us to build his trust, offer a calmer environment, all while managing his problematic behaviors. We went from feeling like we had no chance but to rehome Gatsby to feeling confident about supporting him and his needs. We can’t recommend Laura and her team enough!“

“This place is awesome! I’ve taken my dog to other groomers to get his nails clipped and they can never do his front paws. They were able to do all four paws in 10 minutes for $15 bucks!! The best part - He went in with a Waggy tail and came out with a Waggy tail!! Highly recommend waggy Baths!!“

“Our dog Toby loves it here! He is kind of an old grump sometimes but he adores the people and even plays with some of the other dogs, which is rare for him. We love that he is well-cared for and know he is in good hands while we are away. They also have excellent grooming services that are reasonably priced. “From the moment you walk in the door to going back to the patient rooms you and your pets are treated with kindness, respect, compassion, and love. The people who work at Sully take the time to facilitate positive interactions with your pets especially and make your visit comfortable, happy, relaxed, and quick. I used to live in Centreville and I've taken my family pets there and now our two dogs. We've seen multiple vets and interacted with a lot of the vet techs and the experience is always positive. They follow-up visits with genuine and sincere phone calls and texts checking in on your pets. They spend time making our nervous dog feel comfortable which is huge in making the experience less taxing for him and instead fun. They take time to socialize with our puppy. They answer ALL of our questions no matter how big or small, and trust me I often have a lot as a very mindful pet owner. They are responsive to emails and listen to your concerns. We drive an hour to get to Sully and so that should also show how much we appreciate them and what they do. Truly grateful for Sully and their staff.“
