“Where do I begin? This dojo has changed my life for the better. I used to do karate, but I quit many years ago at yellow Belt. I always wanted to come back to martial arts since it was a naive choice to quit in my childhood. I called one day to see if a guy like me, in my 30s, could have a chance at being a black belt. “I visited Fairfax Jiu-Jitsu during an open mat after being invited by a close friend who trains there.

I had a phenomenal experience. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the level of jiu-jitsu was both high-level and intense.
