We had to put our 36 year old horse down and they came out and made one of the hardest days my family has been through a lot easier. They also sent a card with hand written sorry for your loss note. You really can’t ask for better.“

From the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcomed and I knew my cat was in good hands. They were very upfront about the prices and worked with me to find the most affordable option to get him the care he needed. “I would give 10 stars if I could. We have taken our labradoodle to these wonderful people for 14 years. He was so loved and cared for by everyone from the front desk, the groomers (LOVE Gayla!!!), the Vet Techs (esp Hillary and Lydia) and the vets (esp Dr. White and Dr Willis)!! They are all so patient and take the time to listen and offer their expertise with compassion. Their Jobs are not easy a lot of days and often they are met with emotional pet family members who take out their fears and frustrations on them. I have witnessed how much they care very much for each animal that comes through the door and strive to give the very best care they can. I would highly recommend them!!!“

“Not sure why it has taken me this long to write this review, since we luckily found Shady Grove Animal Clinic 12 years ago. Dr. Lucas is our main vet here, and he is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Since we have 2 dogs with multiple medical issues, we have been cared for by every vet at the facility and they are all terrific. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. But if you don’t believe me, ask our dog who never wants to leave this place and can’t wait to visit again!“

“Our family has used Dr. Ryder over the years on several occasions from check ups/vaccines to home euthanasia for our dogs and cat. We are always more than happy to refer her to anyone looking for a vet. While common sense should dictate that of course home visits will be more costly than taking your pet to a vet, your pet as well as you ARE in the comfort of your home, a safe and familiar place....aren't your fur babies worth that? Ours are part of our family and CAHC treats them as such. I don't typically leave reviews for anyone but seeing the negative reviews about Dr. Ryder hit us hard and compelled us to speak up as this has NEVER been our experience or anyone we know that also has used her services. She and her staff have always been kind, compassionate and knowledgeable and we will continue to highly recommend her and her services.“
