We had to put our 36 year old horse down and they came out and made one of the hardest days my family has been through a lot easier. They also sent a card with hand written sorry for your loss note. You really can’t ask for better.“

From the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcomed and I knew my cat was in good hands. They were very upfront about the prices and worked with me to find the most affordable option to get him the care he needed. They even followed up with a phone call to check in and evaluate his treatment plan. I appreciate them so much and am so glad I found this place for him.“

“My reg vet referred my pup to Animal Eye Care. My pup ended up having an abscess behind his eye. The infection was very bad and Dr Bosiack was great! She not only is a great specialist but she listened to me. After all who knows your dog better than you? My 9 month old Golden pup is 100% healed. I highly recommend Dr Bosiack and if I ever need to take one of my dogs for eye care this is where I will go back to. Thank you Dr Bosiack for the excellent care you gave my pup!“

“I would give 10 stars if I could. We have taken our labradoodle to these wonderful people for 14 years. He was so loved and cared for by everyone from the front desk, the groomers (LOVE Gayla!!!), the Vet Techs (esp Hillary and Lydia) and the vets (esp Dr. White and Dr Willis)!! They are all so patient and take the time to listen and offer their expertise with compassion. Their Jobs are not easy a lot of days and often they are met with emotional pet family members who take out their fears and frustrations on them. I have witnessed how much they care very much for each animal that comes through the door and strive to give the very best care they can. I would highly recommend them!!!“

“Not sure why it has taken me this long to write this review, since we luckily found Shady Grove Animal Clinic 12 years ago. Dr. Lucas is our main vet here, and he is very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Since we have 2 dogs with multiple medical issues, we have been cared for by every vet at the facility and they are all terrific. The entire staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. But if you don’t believe me, ask our dog who never wants to leave this place and can’t wait to visit again!“
