The equipment is clean and many options, including ice bath and sauna.“

“I’ve been at Club Pilates Lorton for about 1.5 years now. Debbie and Amanda both have a passion and talent for Pilates and running a well programmed and engaging Pilates class. There are so many other great trainers there but these two in particular always give me a challenging and interesting workout. I come from a background of weightlifting and CrossFit so I thought Pilates was going to be too easy, but I’ve been proven wrong, especially in Amanda’s classes. The best part about Pilates is that it’s low impact and core focused which has helped me continue to build muscle and stay in shape despite my injuries. I love it and I hope this review helps someone who is thinking about trying Pilates!“
