“We have used this funeral home twice and both time my family was very happy with the services.
The only thing is make sure not too many people come for a wake or viewing, because parking is extremely limited, but otherwise everything else is perfect.

We are so glad we changed to Demaine's, Springfield. Because of their helpfulness, professionalism and first rate facility, we had a beautiful service that honored our mother. It exceeded our expectations in every way. They were attentive to all of our questions and requests. They really know their business, offering options and solutions to every need. When I arrived and saw how new it looked and tastefully decorated, I thought it would be expensive. We were very pleased at how reasonable the price was and never felt pressured at all. They went above and beyond making the music and video presentation seamless. There were no hidden costs or add-ons. We couldn't have asked for better service or a nicer facility. All of our guests were talking about what a nice place it is and how perfectly the service paid tribute to our mother.“

“Mount Comfort has provided my family with outstanding service during a challenging time while managing my relative's death. David "Ed" Kastner, in particular, was incredibly clear, efficient, and supportive in helping me consider our options and in supporting the family as we completed required steps needed for both this cemetery and under VA law, etc. The next of kin was in college requiring support for signing documents. The deed for our family's lot was from 1969 requiring some digging. He walked the grounds with me to review where we could inter my family member - which location was best near her close relatives, etc... Finally, the graveside service was just perfect. We had over 40 people attend - a surprise - and it went well. The "atmosphere," covered area, and clean look for the graveside service helped us all, especially her daughters, say a respectful goodbye. Can't recommend this cemetery and staff highly enough.“
