“Wow! What a difference. I have used many different plumbers during my time in the Shen Valley. Burgess Plumbing is by far the best. My initial email questioned their service area and area of expertise, and it was met immediately by Melody Burgess, when I say immediately, I mean immediately. I sent a question about hot water heaters at Noon, and it was answered by 3 PM. Melody was polite and knowledgeable. She asked for a few pictures and confirmed Burgess Plumbing could meet my needs. We scheduled a date, and as promised and on time, Alec arrived and conducted the installation. What a pleasant young gentleman and very knowledgeable. The installation looks amazing. Melody stayed in contact throughout the time and remained responsive. Since moving to the Shen Valley, I have gone through many plumbing services, and I will forever be a Burgess Plumbing customer.
