All communications from start to finish were timely, professional, knowledgeable. The crews arrived just when they were supposed to, the work was done in a very efficient manner and completed more quickly than we anticipated. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. “I had been window shopping for a couple of years, and during that time we weren't happy with the prices we were quoted by the national window companies, so I decided to wait and keep looking around. Windows on Washington was the first company we got a quote from where I felt like I wasn't getting ripped off, and I had confidence based on the reviews and experience of the team that we would get a good product and quality install.

In April 2024, we had Windows on Washington install new windows in our 1963 built ranch house which had the original single pane wooden storm windows with aluminum sliders/screens. Everyone from the sales rep, the admins and the entire installation team were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, and helped to ensure that the project was completed on schedule. The sales manager was very knowledgeable and helped me determine what product and type of install I wanted (we opted for full tear-out as opposed to pocket fit install).

Shoutout to Mr. Joon who was our lead installer, he is an absolute artist when it comes to custom fitting new wood casing around the window opening, and he personally made sure that the fit and finish of our new windows was impeccable.“

Although the window manufacturer was difficult to work with, NV Roofing reinstalled the new window under the warranty, even though the issue fits into the "gray area" of the warranty provision. “Buying windows can be stressful! A few years ago my wife and I realized our old wood windows were warping badly (we live in Ashburn Village). We got a few quotes from places around the area. Oh man- the prices varied so much! Anderson came in with a quote around $75,000, they were easily denied- what a rip off. Marshall Roofing/Windows came in around $24,000 and a plan to install them at 3 different stages to space out the cost. We did over half of our windows with them and we were pretty satisfied. The windows we ordered were double pane Paradigm. However, before we did our last batch of windows, we noticed that they switched brands and the cost was quite a bit more. We turned to Hodges and opted for Provia windows, which were similar. The cost was less expensive than Marshall and everything went well. I think that looking at the outside and inside that they did a better job than Marshall. I'd highly recommend Hodges!“

“Curb Appeal is not the least expensive, but I believe they are head and shoulders above the rest in every way. Their pricing is fair. They do what they say they will within the time frames that have been agreed upon. They installed a lovely new roof, 69 sheets of plywood to replace those that were beyond redemption, 2 skylights, painted our bedroom, and installed two solar tubes within a 6 day time period. Fabulous! Highly recommend.“

“Builders Siding has been doing work for my family for years. My folks were so happy with the work and repair service on their house that Larry was my first (and only) call when I needed gutters and trim wrap on my new house.Once the weather warmed up a bit in February, he came out and had a detailed estimate within just a few days. We settled on the work, and his crew showed up about a week later.The crew was friendly and courteous and cleaned up every scrap when they were done. They didn't stop moving the whole time there were here, really just dug in and got it done.The wrap looks awesome, everything is tight and caulked. The gutter helmets are invisible and the new gutters are clean and seamless.I know if anything should come up in the future, Builders Siding will take care of it for me.
