Dr. Sami was very professional, and personable and the exam steps were explained clearly. There was no pain or medication used except for the eye drops required for glaucoma test; totally painless. “Loving my new eyes! I wish I have done LASIK long time ago but everything comes at the right time. A coworker did her surgery with Dr Wills and she did fantastic that I decided to do it! I could not choose a better place, all the staff members are amazing, they answered all my questions and assisted me with anything I needed. “Colonel Cho did a great job of assessing my eyes' acuity and tested for various eye maladies such as Cataracts, Glaucoma, etc.. He advised me of my cataract condition which I should keep an eye out for. I cannot find a single area of concern that needs improvement concerning his care of clients..., zero complaints.“

“Amazing experience at Eyeglasses Express! I was visiting family from out of town this summer and my oldest daughter had an accident while playing and, while she wasn't injured, the balance on her glasses was askew because of it. I walked into Eyeglasses Express without an appointment and I was greeted promptly. I told the clerk what happened and he said he would fix her glasses free of charge. He quickly got to work, and then he tightened the fit on my other daughter's glasses too! The whole thing took about 15 minutes from start to finish and my girls and I left with big smiles. The team really saved the day! Would definitely visit them again for any eyelgasses needs!“

“This was my first visit to Vision Eye Center, and I was seen by Dr. Bourdeau. I was very pleased with the eye exam itself – Dr. Bourdeau was thorough and knowledgeable, and I felt confident in her expertise. The front desk staff and technicians were also friendly and helpful.

However, my main issue with this location is the long wait time. My appointment was significantly delayed, and I was told that if I had opted to have my eyes dilated, I would have had to wait an additional 2+ hours! This would have made my total appointment time almost 5 hours, which I couldn't accept because I had other commitments.

Because of the delay, I had to reschedule the dilation portion of my exam for another day. I hope this doesn't mean I'll be charged for two separate appointments.

Overall, I would recommend Dr. Bourdeau.“
