Amazing technical work and customer service ! As a new customer we purchased the Plumbing and HVAC Partner Plan. Our first regular safety inspection was scheduled a week out. I had a needed repair and spoke with the office manager, Donna who scheduled the repair and inspection that morning. Thank you for your kindness and flexibility ! Jared and Zach (in training) were our technicians. We were positively stunned by their knowledge, expertise, and courtesy ! Jared was excellent. The cost was beyond outrageous for a basic toilet installation, so I wouldn’t use this company again, but the technician isn’t responsible for pricing, so 5 stars for Jared.
