Jake did an awesome job installing my new unit, but I might be biased because he is my son. I am really happy with my new heat pump (and oil furnace back up), yet previously I was anti heat pumps. It is much more efficient than my last system and I am loving the savings!

Our heat went out over the weekend. Adam called me first thing Monday morning to set up an appointment that same day. Richard, their technician, was here promptly at 9:00 a.m. In less than two hours he had found the problem, sourced the part needed, made the repair, and had me back up and running!
