I expect offices like this to send appointment reminders/confirm appointments ahead of time - but they literally called me the day after my cat Charlie’s dental cleaning (which involved anesthesia) to make sure my cat was still doing okay. The vets are so willing to answer questions/give realistic suggestions for care. The office staff are great about synchronizing appointments for multiple pets. They’re also very good at managing dogs, cats, and other friends simultaneously in the waiting area and diverting them to treatment rooms as needed. The health insurance plans are not cheap by any means (they stack up!), but for our family it’s been worth it.“
