“I purchased a new General Electric refrigerator from B&B appliances in Phoenix Arizona, October 9th and it was delivered October 10, 2023. The first part of December the refrigerator started failing. I called B&B and they informed me that it was a General Electric warranty and I would have to contact them. I asked B&B if they had a loaner refrigerator to use because GE wasn’t coming out to repair the refrigerator until December 27th (20 days later). Even though they have used refrigerators, they wouldn’t let me use one until General Electric got mine repaired. General Electric never showed up so I called General Electric again and found out that no parts had ever been ordered. I again called B&B to see if they could help. They declined to get involved with the issues I had with the refrigerator I purchased from them. It is now January 16 and still no working refrigerator. GE said they could replace mine sometime in June. Just know if you have an issue with a new appliance they sell you.. YOU’RE ON YOUR OWN.“
“I am very pleased with the services from WeeWorx Handyman Services. I had a brand new toilet installed. Mr. WeeWorx was very professional. He responded quickly with what I needed done and provided me an invoice promptly. He arrived at my home and put on booties so that he wouldn’t transport any foreign materials from his shoes to my home which I was very impressed by. My toilet was installed and it works great. He also cleans up after himself and he also removed the old receptacle from the home and placed it where I asked him to. Overall I definitely would recommend WeeWorx for all your handyman needs.“

“We've been using Dry Vent Wizard for a few years. They come every 2 years to clean the ductwork to our dryer vent where lint can accumulate which can cause a house fire. Years ago, we saw this happen to someone's home. They do an excellent job. We've enjoyed meeting Denver this year. He really know what he's doing and has answer for all our questions. We like that he takes pictures of everything he sees. Thank you Denver. Gayle is also a pleasure to talk to.“
“So I read all the bad reviews and almost didn't call them. My fridge stop cooling and they came out a few hours after the call to take a look. After a few minutes here, he said it was the compressor. Everything on the fridge works, just not cooling. I went to get my wallet to pay him the service fee I was told about when I made the call. He said, no need to pay me, we didn't do much. I could not believe he drove to my house, diagnosed the issue and didn't charge me a dime. If I have issues with appliances in the future, Baker Appliance is going to be my first call.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair“
