“Technician Rick showed up early on Monday to address a series of malfunctioning lights. He repaired a recessed light socket, fixed a bent bracket in a flickering pendant light, and changed a hard-to-reach recessed above in a stairway. His repairs spared us the expense of new materials. He was extremely friendly and patient, and spent a lot of time explaining how he addressed each problem. He showed us how to remove the covers of two under-cabinet light fixtures. He also showed us that we could replace recessed light bulbs with LEDs, using only a small adjustment to the mounting prongs, which we were able to do ourselves later that day. He spent an hour at our home, and his extensive repairs and education were well worth the $199 flat rate. We have used Autumn Electric several times, and have always been extremely satisfied!“

“I submitted my pictures for an online quote. Someone on here hated that idea enough to leave a 1 star rating...cute. It's convenient to get a quote without having to schedule someone to your home. If your wiring is that bad, the quote will obviously change. Common sense.Anyway, when the electrician showed up, he walked me through the process, showed me the products he will be using, and let me ask him questions even as he worked. He did not try to upsell me anything, and made sure what we were doing was the right fit for the EV I was using. Another company I used before insisted I needed to upgrade my fuse panel, but he reassured me it still had plenty of open slots and amps left for other projects should I ever need it.Very happy with the clean install as well as the permits pulled for the work along with included inspection. My neighbors used the same company and are all very happy as well. It's how I found them, just through word of mouth from others.Won't be an issue when I sell my home to the next buyer. They will see it was professionally done and not some DIY hack job. So get yourself a free quote and even compare it to others.“

We have had many chandeliers and various light fixtures hung.
