I went in for a facial and ended up also getting a very successful acne treatment as well. They can tell very quickly what your skin needs, and they can help! Loved the service and the staff, all very friendly and inviting. A great space with wonderful fresh and modern decor. I came in with high hopes and found my expectations far exceeded, particularly with the large variety of treatments they offered, the advanced techniques and machines, and the overall hospitality of the staff. Tinu and her assistant (sorry, I can’t remember her name) were absolutely amazing. They listened to our concerns (I was there with my teenage son) and after a brief, but thorough exam, Tinu gave us different treatment & medication options. We did have about a 45 min drive from Dumfries, but it was definitely worth it.“

“Dr Lin is very nice and extremely perky but I'm not 100% sure she is really listening to the issues you are describing. A cheery upbeat response is not necessarily the right answer to a particularly serious issue that is troubling a patient, and could be perceived as minimizing the patient's feelings about the issue. I think Dr Lin should dial up the gravitas and dial back the perkiness a bit as she is otherwise a lovely person and competent doctor“

“I called in after receiving a text of a forthcoming appt. Good thing I did as the appts.are computer generated and rarely checked by an office staff. I had no idea that a darned computer was making my appts.for me. This Dr. was "Johnny on the spot" when it came to getting rid of my skin cancers. His office staff were polite and courteous making future appts. His bedside manner is comparable to Sheldon Cooper on the "Big bang theory" he is indeed a character of sorts and an excellent dermatologist.“
