Dr Lin is very nice and extremely perky but I'm not 100% sure she is really listening to the issues you are describing. A cheery upbeat response is not necessarily the right answer to a particularly serious issue that is troubling a patient, and could be perceived as minimizing the patient's feelings about the issue. I think Dr Lin should dial up the gravitas and dial back the perkiness a bit as she is otherwise a lovely person and competent doctor

Highly recommend. Very personable, never rushed, thorough, knowledgeable. I take my children and mother there too! They all feel comfortable with her. Assistant always wonderful too. Great referrals when needed. Love Dr. Janet Lin!

Just finished an appointment with Dr. Lin and she is by far the best doctor I have dealt with in terms of professionalism and courtesy. She is always quick to diagnose my skin concerns and then provide me with an effective solution. I always enjoy chatting with her and assistants during the visit and find that she really cares about making sure she answers all your questions and concerns.
