I've been buying lumber from them off and on for about a year now. They take orders and custom-cut your lumber from logs. These are reasonably friendly people, but a bit more reserved than I'd like as a customer. They offer yellow-poplar, pine, red oak, white oak, and I think a few other species like red cedar. This is a great place to buy white oak fence boards---if you buy a "bundle" it will work out to about $3 for a 1 x 6 x 8 (as of early 2014, anyway). Try getting a price like that at Lowe's. You can't even buy white oak there. Just red oak at a ridiculous $40 a board, and poplar for about half that, equally ridiculous. Branmar's... read full review
