“I am extremely pleased with the braiding service that I received on today. I called the shop Monday afternoon and was sitting in her chair on Wednesday morning. She was patient and gentle with my hair and edges. The shop is extremely clean and there’s plenty of parking on both sides of the shop. The hospitality was top notch and I’m a lifetime customer now. I value customer service and she is phenomenal and personable.

“This shop was the cleanest shop I’ve been too since being in VA. Idk what the back room looks like….but anywho the barbers/stylist greeted me at the door very pleasant. I have a autistic 10yr old who I am teaching to be more independent his barber Nikki D caught on and said “I got him” she was patient and did a great job with his cut and lineup!!!! I didn’t even mention his status she just took the lead and as a single mom I really appreciate that! Already have my second appointment booked.“

Lauren not only listened to me, but gave me on point suggestions and made every effort to use as little color as possible to achieve the results I wanted. Which was actually her idea, not mine. “Absolutely love the color and styles Courtnie does with my hair. She's great with traditional coloring like ombré and balayage, but if you are looking for fun colors, she is the one to go to in Gloucester. From oil slick colors to split tones and dip dyes, Courtnie does an amazing job at a reasonable price. The pics are quick, last-minute colors for concerts.

She was super sweet and offered both of my children fruit snacks or Hershey kisses. She listened to how I wanted my sons hair cut and she did a great job.“
