It's not right to slander with one-sided bad comments. When I worked at this barbershop for 18 years, there were times when I couldn't please all the customers. That's why I feel sorry for customers who got their feelings hurt. If I had made all customers 100% satisfied, How good would it have been? I don't remember who the customer was, but if there is a customer who was offended by tru cut, please come back again. I will apologize politely and I will give you a free haircut as an apology. Active duty. I've been going here collectively for 4-5 years for haircuts. Low fades, med fades, high fades, they can do it all. The ladies here won't get upset if you ask them to fix something about your haircut, but I don't ever really have to say anything (unlike some other places I've been to).Also for less than $20 you get shampoo/conditioner and a Razor shave. The PX can't compete with that.They also gave my mannequin head a shampoo and haircut that became our platoon mascot and they only look at me a little funny. Great place all in all.
