“Great hours and friendly staff! It's hard to find a place that can accommodate busy schedules but with early hours and late evenings, it makes it pretty darn easy. It may be tricky to locate on your first visit, as there is no outside signage indicating there is a PT office inside. So, located behind the Union Bank, there is a building with the name 'Trustmor' on the outside. Yes, this is it! Plenty of parking and go inside and it's the first door on your right. I've been to other PT offices around RVA years ago, and in my experience, this office offers a more personable and customized approach to treatment. May take a couple of weeks to get an initial appointment, but it's worth it. I'm glad I found this place!“

“I have been going to this location for over 2 years. Lately I've been more committed and I'm on my 18th week streak. This studio is clean and comfortable. The coaches here truly want to see you succeed and celebrate your milestones, such as hitting 50 classes and upping your spring load. Each coach has their own style but the workouts are consistent. I'm not going to lie, the workouts are tough! I was dying Mr first class and I still feel that way from time to time. But you'll see results - strength and toned is what will happen to you if you continue to work at it and stick with it. I think you can find classes on class pass, but I book through the app since you can see your stats, plus a membership makes it more affordable.“

“I highly recommend YogaSix. I’m hesitant to write a review so the secret doesn’t further get out ;) My favorite class is the Saturday am Yoga Sculpt & Flow with Christina (and I wish there were more on the schedule!!); it is such a challenging, yet at times, relaxing class. I appreciate how this class pushes me and the variety of the workout each week never gets stale. Christina is an excellent teacher who knows how to coach and provide those bits of encouragement throughout this hot class. The only recommendation I would have is to provide the cool, lavender towels as soon as stretching begins (rather than waiting until the end) because that is when having that towel would feel best…coming down from an amazing & exhaustive workout. Thanks for the wonderful workouts!!“
