Her focus is on ensuring proper alignment, thereby leading to a practice that you can maintain for years. I always feel such joy entering, and leaving, her studio. Give Eleos a go - and keep going.

As an older adult who has had 2 knee replacement surgeries and some balance issues, I am in awe of Miriam's ability to think on her feet and problem solve when my body was not cooperating at first. The best part of a private session with Miriam is that it is truly tailored to your specific needs. She does not see your limitations as road blocks but as a place to start as you journey to wellness. Don't let the amazing videos scare you... this is for everyone!

The absolute best studio in the area. I have never felt more safe and cared for from a fitness instructor than I have with Miriam and Emily.This studio is small group with a focus on form and muscle engagement. Classes I’ve taken have been just 2-3 people on reformer and 5-8 at mat, at the same price point as other classes I’ve attended at 10+ people.Keeping the classes small gives the instructor the opportunity to really watch, cue, and correct you. It also makes it so total beginners and those with experience can share a class and receive modifications.
