“We had a very good experience with the Cimco team. Our very old hvac system kicked the can a few years ago and after collecting a few quotes, the Cimco team offered us the best deal. Moreover, they personally delivered us a large space heater on loan for free while we were without heat because we had young children and the temperatures were very low at night. That was before we even agreed to hire them! They did the work quickly and we have not had any issues with the new system since install. I definitely recommend them.“

“Westend Heating and Air has made two service calls to repair our heat pump. The first was to review a refrigerant line filter and assess the condition of the unit. Although the unit is old, the tech (Jason)put the ac on a gauge to assess pressure while it was cycling. Other companies made a visual assessment and wanted 1000's of dollars for an unnecessary replacement. A second visit to diagnose power fluctuations resulted in a simple adjustment to a filter door power shutup switch. After saving us thousands of dollars, Westend is prompt, honest and expert and remains our go-to company!“

They went above and beyond, driving far to find the right unit and even directly contacting our landlord about a power issue that was affecting the whole building. “Freezone was great to work with! I submitted a non emergency service request at 11pm and received a call by 9:15 the next morning to confirm my appointment for that afternoon. My tech (Chris) had a cancellation in the morning and was able to arrive by 10:30. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed and replaced the faulty capacitor. So my A/C was back up and running within 12 hours of submitting a service request. Additionally, the pricing was very fair and all of my interactions with the company were very professional.
