Units at my business on DuPont, and finally they did a brand new HVAC unit at my primary residence. The job at DuPont was a commercial one, so they had to use a crane. My landlord was beyond happy with the finished project.

“Extraordinary annual maintenance service appointment. Brian, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He identified (and fixed) issues that other firms had overlooked. “I have had a series of great experiences with the professionals at this HVAC company. It started with the replacement of my dysfunctional Carrier outside Air Conditioner, with a better performing Amana unit and Honeywell Thermostat (Carrier distributor had claimed it "could not be done"). The owner Mr. Robert Gault actually has been awarded patents for inventions in this area - a thoughtful person. Six months later there was an electrical short in the wire running through the basement. Although it had nothing to do with the units they installed, they came out to the house, traced down the break in the wire, fixed it - no charge. Two of technicians who work on HVAC systems - Mr. Alex and Mr. Joshua are quiet professionals. Just a good company with great people.“

“Called to report that our heat was out at 4PM. Andrew called us (after hours) to tell us we would hear from dispatcher early AM to tell us when a crew could come out. Mark called at 7AM to tell us that our crew was en route. Curtis and Jose arrived at 8AM, diagnosed the problem immediately, drove to Sterling and back with the new part and installed it in 15 minutes. “I highly recommend Harts Heating and Cooling. Our A/C stopped working yesterday and as the high daytime temps were supposed to climb even higher this week, I really wanted good work done quickly. I chose Harts based on my community's Face Book Group recommendations page due the many recommendations. Jason exceeded my expectations. He arrived exactly when he said he would, was honest with all the possible causes, and allowed me to watch as he diagnosed the problem...explaining everything as he went. It didn't take long to find it was just a bad capacitor. He replaced it and then checked the refrigerant (which was a little low) so he added to spec. He took the time to check over everything and make sure things were working perfectly before leaving. He thoroughly explained all the work he did. He was very courteous and professional. Technician laid drop cloths and placed plastic sheeting on vinyl siding to avoid residue landing on siding in the course of cleaning compressor. I found technician and assistant cordial, patient, ethical, conscientious and proficient. I am very satisfied with the cleaning, diagnostic, re-charging of freon gas and my overall experience with proprietor and assistant.“
