“This review is long overdue, but I've been coming here regularly for over a year now and the staff here is amazing! I typically see Helen, she is an actual angel that puts me back together every month. She is amazing at finding the knots and their origins and getting them out! She does combination techniques for whatever I need at the moment, I do the barefoot massage and she is amazing at using enough pressure to fix me but checking in to make sure I'm comfortable. I have gone to other therapists in an emergency if I pinch a nerve or tweak something and Helen isn't available and everyone I've seen has been knowledgeable and very good at what they do, highly recommend!“

One therapist was late, rude, and didn't seem to listen and is why I took one star away. You will most definitely know who she is when you have her as your PT. The front desk will do everything they can to help you NOT have her. They all know she is a problem.“
