The Veterinary Treatment Facility is known for its lovely staff, who provide excellent care despite being a little short-staffed. Patients are advised to be patient and consider the drive-up clinic for regular vaccines. Affordable prices and a caring atmosphere make it a popular choice, with staff treating pets like their own.
This is by far the best vet we've ever been too! Made us feel at ease at every visit. I never felt confused they always answered my hundreds of questions. Treated my dog like royalty! 10/10
This team makes it happen! They’ve been swamped lately, but they’re still dedicated to helping in any way they can with professionalism and compassion. I wish I brought my babies sooner.
Have been using this facility since 2013. Though the staff changes over, they are always courteous, competent, and caring. They do work hard and have full schedules because they are the most widely used military veterinary facility in the NCR aside from Fort Myer so making contact can be very difficult at times but its worth it. If PCSing OCONUS, this is THE place to go. They are USDA certified so you don't have to take the extra steps required if you went to a civilian vet and they've done it a lot so they won't stare at you confused as a civilian vet would if you told them you were taking your dog to Rwanda or Japan, for example. Had dogs for the last 30 years and this is by far my favorite veterinary facility.
