I made 2 telephone inquiries for a friend, because I forgot a few questions the first time. Amanda took my call both times and answered all my questions. She was very professional, informative and patient. She was so helpful when my friend called that my friend made an appointment to have his kitty spayed. His experience was great.

I was looking for a vet practice that wasn't banfield. I'd heard about this place for years, so I took my 2 older dogs for a visit and vaccines. I really love the fact that they don't push unnecessary vaccinations, I was able to get a next day appointment, they were efficient and very friendly. I have found a new veterinarian for my babies.

Mt. Vernon Animal Hospital has been providing exceptional care to my cats for well over 22 years. The place is immaculate, the customer service is exceptional and Dr. Owel is second to none. She's very patient, gentle, smart, skilled, experienced and a great listener. I highly recommend this place. My finicky cats love her and her staff's do I.
