We like that in addition to the great vet services, they have a grooming service that is very good. Our dog blows her double coat twice a year. Their groomers do a good job with that.“

“An amazing experience. We used this vet to put our 15yr old lab mix to sleep. They were nearly half the price of every other vet we called, and the staff was absolutely fabulous. They provided him with a tray of snacks for his "last meal" and they were incredibly compassionate. If you need to give your pet a peaceful end, then I highly recommend EMMA Vet.“

“My dog Lilac loves going to the vet. In fact she has taken me there on walks. During Lilac's last yearly check up she didn't realize that she got two shots and had blood drawn. The doctors also find practical solutions if a problem arises. For example they suggested Zyrtec for her allergies instead of pushing something expensive.“

“Our 17 year old dog was really struggling so we took him in yesterday, fearing the worst. Of course, an hour or so before our appt., the dog showed new signs of life & was was running everywhere. Spoiler alert: We brought him home. We consulted with Dr. Burbrink upon arrival. She was unbelievable. She came in, sat with us, told us that we can expect many more ups and downs, then examined our dog and gave him some meds for muscles and for pain. He seems to be doing much better. We know we're only buying time, but it's important time. Dr. Burbrink was so kind, so understanding, so patient. she took the time to explain to us what was going on with him and the intended goal of the treatment plan. She got down on the floor to examine him and was so nice to him. He doesn't always tolerate people, but she was great and the dog was nice to her. But I really wanted to post a review because she really was just exceptional.“

“We had a serious miscommunication regarding the spaying procedure of my puppy but I was impressed and appreciative of their professionalism in handling this situation to my satisfaction. I think we all learned something from it.“

“We moved to the area last year and we were excited to see a highly rated cat clinic a few minutes away. I prefer a cat clinic because they specialize in treating felines and I don’t have to worry about walking into a stressful environment with large dogs barking and echoing throughout the waiting area.

I take my kitty for monthly shots for his arthritis and the staff is always caring, friendly, and attentive. They’re also very reasonably priced and I don’t have anxiety that they’ll try to upsell me on unneeded services.

Sometimes, I have to search a bit for a parking spot —but that’s the trade off being located near so many other popular businesses. I wish that they had a few reserved spots, close to their door, but not every property manager will allow for that.“

“My 18 year old doxie mix passed away in his sleep on a Saturday night and I reached out to Village Vet Clinic because thankfully they were open on Sunday. They were super caring and attentive and the cremation was completed in less than a week. His remains were packaged very nicely in a small wooden urn with a plaque with his name and the staff was so kind when I picked them up today.

I really appreciate the respect and kindness I received at the facility in my time of grieving.“
