I've been going to Sam for over 8 years now, and I can honestly say she's a true gem of a stylist and person. Every time I walk into her salon, I know I'm not just getting a great hair service but a truly personalized experience. Sam really takes the time to listen to what I want and gives thoughtful suggestions that I might not have considered but always end up loving. Her skills with color are nothing short of magic--whether it's subtle highlights or a complete change to my normal, the results are always stunning, and my hair feels healthier than ever. I've never received as many compliments on my hair before I started seeing Sam. Her attention to detail is incredible; she never rushes through a session, making sure every strand is perfect. She has always been incredibly flexible with my schedule and I REALLY appreciate that. Her creativity, passion, and expertise are truly unmatched. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair--Sam is simply amazing! Her new salon is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. She's put so much thought into the design of the space.
Charity is AMAZING! Everyone was so welcoming & the atmosphere was so chill! I loved walking in as a first timer and not feeling like one! Charity took the photo I showed (with my tweeks) and did my nails to perfection! Definitely my favorite Christmas nails EVER!!
Just closed on my home today. When buying a Frank Good Builders home you not only get a well built home but you also get the great design from Britney Good Interiors. I looked at many new construction houses in my journey of purchasing my new home and I can tell you none of them are even in the same conversation as Frank Good. I also had the opportunity to meet Clay the project manager and he has been helpful with any questions or concerns I have had before and after closing which means a lot, especially when this is my first home purchase. As a hat person, I do need someone to bring me a Frank Good Builders hat though!

Ms. Shirley was outstanding. She was able to schedule our private lessons promptly and was flexible with our scheduling. My 16 year old son started with her with little to no driving experience and by the end of his private lessons he was comfortable on the road. She kept me updated on his progress and made him at ease and comfortable. Having Ms. Shirley eased my anxiety. 5-star experience and would recommend for any new beginner!!!
Amazing business!! We are new to the area and I'm so glad I found Super Kicks Karate for my son. He is 2 and attends the Tiny Tigers program; it is amazing. Master Davis & Miss Cara are amazing humans who genuinely care about the children. We'll be attending for a long time! Highly, highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE One21 Salon Spa! They are super friendly and welcoming. The services are great. I leave refreshed each time. Everything is always clean and neat. The tech I had was my personal fav before she left. But I continue to go simply because they are all great!

I just moved to Virginia two weeks ago and had no clue where to cut my hair. I did what anyone would do and went to Google to find a reputable salon (not Great Clips… hang in there). I found one that had good reviews, called ahead and confirmed their stylists could cut a precision pixie. I already had a pixie and just needed a trim/reshaping.
I went to the salon for my appointment and the stylist (as nice as she was) was missing the mark big time! I politely asked for her to tweek the cut as it was looking bowl-ish. The more she corrected the worse it was getting for me so I kindly said it was fine, paid the $65 and headed home. As soon as I got home I ran to the mirror and bawled my eyes out. It was BAD!
When my husband came home he saw how upset I was and offered to take me to Great Clips to fix it up. At this point I thought how much worse could it get.
My husband went in before me and gave the stylist, Amanda, a heads up about my cut and how upset I was. When I walked in she instantly saw what I was left with and assured me she could fix it. She jumped in like a pro and did her best to correct what I was left with and although it’s not my ideal cut (yet) she fixed it. She was my hero today!
Needless to say I will be forgoing the “salons” and going to see Amanda from now on. She is a rock star!
After becoming unhappy with my nail place over a period of time, I decided to try Lynna Nails. I was not disappointed. Randy was able to help me out and made my nails look exactly the way I wanted them. I will be returning, as I have now found a new nail technician

Love 221 Nails! When another local nail salon cut my daughter’s toe and we left without them finishing….we went to 221 Nails! Linda was the best!!! She did such a great job on my daughter’s nails! My daughter was laughing with her the whole time! (She was on the verge of tears leaving the other place) 221 Nails was the place we should have gone in the first place! We love this place! They definitely have new clients!!!

Great haircut, Great service. She even did a pretty difficult platinum blonde and pulled it off! Will def be my go to spot for cuts.

The absolute best pedicure and manicure that I have found since returning to Lynchburg from Florida. Very clean, professional, concerned that I was happy and did everything they could to make the experience enjoyable. “Like being on vacation” which is exactly what a reduces and manicure should make you feel . Will be a return customer for years.
The spa has several services to offer. Took my husband to get a massage as a birthday gift and my son and I were able to get some quiet relaxation in the salt room. Pricing is good and the staff is courteous.

After having a negative experience with a different local Duct Cleaning company, I was hesitant in calling anyone else out to clean our air ducts, but I'm so happy I did. Jack first came out to inspect our two systems to make sure they could do the work. He was honest and stated they might not be able to do one of the systems because it was extremely difficult to get to. Herby and Anders came out today to do the cleaning. They were able to fully clean our main HVAC system (cleaning up all the debris that came out of the system and blew on the floor) and then they blew out all the dust they could from the second system, (they were unable to do the full cleaning due to how the system was installed). They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant, plus the price is on point for the quality work they do. If you live in the Lynchburg area, I highly recommend you use Stanley Steemer to clean your ducts; don't waste your time with anyone else.
Jonathan did a great job with my parents’ trees. He was very professional and left the yard looking spotless. Their trees are much healthier now. Would highly recommend!

I've suffered back pain from the time I was an older teenager and yesterday afternoon was incredible pain. Doctor MacDowell was willing to see me at the end of his day in fact I think they were closing. He took his time and did a magnificent adjustment on me and I walked out of there feeling like a new man. I will be returning for more and I'm so grateful for Dr Todd MacDowell and his services.

We love bringing our cat here! When we first adopted our kitten from LHS, he got a free wellness visit with Ridegwood. Our other two cats were already established at a completely different animal hospital in town and we thought we would end up just eventually switching from Ridgewood to the animal hospital we were already established with for the other two. However, they've been so lovely at Ridgewood, we have just stayed. We're two years in and still bring our youngest here to Ridgewood! We still go to two different vets for our animals but we do not mind. We love Ridgewood and don't plan to uproot...we may even just start bringing our other two cats here as well! hahah!
Edit: I've been back many times since this first time when I reviewed. They are always so great with my pup and even call to follow up and check on Jaxie day after appointments. I love this place and the staff there!!
Today was my first experience at Lake Forest Animal Hospital. I brought my Chi-Pin in for a nail clipping since he hates getting his nails cut and won't let me do it. I'm not sure what they have going on there, but they worked some MAGIC because he let them do it without freaking out or trying to bite (even though he was muzzled, he still usually tries) so I am THRILLED!! Thank you Lake Forest!

none of the other hospitals would take me in this week and told me that there would be at least a month in advance for an appointment. I called Ridgewood animal Hospital and they booked me right away. The receptionist was super sweet as well as the workers there. there is an area for cats that is a waiting room in an area for dogs so that is pretty nice. Very spacious as well. the workers as well as the people at the front desk were super sweet. i didn't have any problems. as well as the vet was very informative and helped me right away. gave me examples for my understanding. Thank you. 10/10 would come again
