The Carpet Cleaning Crew is GREAT! This is the 3rd time I have used the company. I always speak to Amy when making my appointments. She is always so nice and helpful when setting the appointment up. She is extremely easy to work with and is the best with communication, which is a very important quality to me. The first two times I used The Carpet Cleaning Crew for carpet at my home in Danville and they did an outstanding job.I purchased an antique rocker that had some spills and dirt on and I was going to look into getting it reupholstered. Then, I remembered that the last time I spoke with Amy for my previous appointment, she mentioned that they also do upholstery cleaning....read full review
I am a facility coordinator for a large Church in the area.We had some pretty bad spots and stains in our carpets. These guys came in and got the carpets looking brand new. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
The cleaning crew did an excellent job cleaning our office carpet. They were able to do the job during business hours and with minimal disruptions. Crew was polite and professional. Would recommend.
