“My wax experience was a 10 out of 10. I've been going to EWC for about a year now and most often I am satisfied with the quality of work that I receive. This time, the wax specialist, Saroja, had my undivided attention because she was on point with the whole process. Even though my upper lip had very short hairs, she was able to get most of them, and those that she couldn't get , she used a tweezer, very gently. The experience was a lot less painful than other laser hair removal I'd had in the past using other machines. It worked for me, though results may vary depending on your skin tone and hair. Booking and confirming appointments was easy, both via phone and email confirmation. The building has a private parking lot. Be sure to take the elevator to the third floor, then go up the stairs to the fourth floor. I was happy with my laser hair removal service, and I would recommend Prolase to friends.“

I have been here for full-face threading twice. I wasn't very satisfied the second time. The pressure of the thread was intense on my face, causing a burning sensation, not because of hair removal but due to the thread's pressure. However, when I asked her to make it smoother, she did decrease the pressure.
Additionally, my face has many fine hairs, and she didn't thoroughly go over my entire face. At times, it felt like the thread was merely gliding over my face without removing anything. Now, at home, I can see the fine hairs shining under my bathroom light.
I understand it was at the end of the day and she might have been tired, but I still need a good service.“
