“Dude’s has been my dog’s home away from home when I’m working nights or long shifts. ALL of the staff are so caring and attentive. Andrew, Dan, Alan and Christie go above and beyond to make her feel at home ❤️.
Thanks Dude’s for all you do! Keep“
“Laura has been our pet sitter for years. We always feel so much better planning a trip or any time away knowing that she will take good care of our cats. She leaves detailed notes and sends pictures with each visit to let us know how things are going. Sometimes I think they are excited when we leave because they know that Laura will come to visit them !“
“I cannot recommend Linda and her Two-Way team enough. I took an assignment in the area and moved from Detroit for almost 9 months with my dog. I knew nothing about the area, but I googled daycares this business and another one came up. I love two way. They are so loving and caring. There is so much sincerity and genuine love and care for our fur babies. They are super accommodating and even opened early for me one day because of work constraints. My dog Gizmo LOVES it there. We will really miss two way as we pack up to head home to Detroit. Thanks for everything Two-Way team!“
“Josh is definitely a great guy and I appreciate his business! Intelligent, outgoing guy who is a man of his word!“
“Steve and Hong have looked after our two cats for the last 9 months whenever we have had to travel, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They have consistently been easy to work with, friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. We are sadly moving out of their service area, but if we could we would continue using them without hesitation. If you are looking for a pet sitter in Arlington, look no further!“
“Such a great experience! Very professional and full of advice. Cannot recommend enough and Boots will definitely be back for regular grooms!?Thanks so much!“
“The staff is kind and takes the time to build rapport with their clients. I receive updates with photos on every walk, which is a nice touch. The prices are also very reasonable.“
“Veronica is wonderful! She did an amazing job caring for our pets. We received pictures and texts every day letting us know how they were doing. I would 100% recommend Veronica to anyone in need of a pet or house sitter.“
“We’ve had a few 1-1 sessions with Lauren to help with our reactive dog, Chloe, as well as monthly pack walks. She has been nothing short of phenomenal and has helped us so much! She taught us the skills and tools to help work with Chloe and we have seen tremendous progress! Additionally, Off Collar is our go-to for pet sitting services. Chloe absolutely adores Katherine who does a great job of making sure our pup is cared for when we are out of town. I can’t speak highly enough about their care and services and would definitely recommend.“
“Been very happy with them. I take my puppy there every Sat morning and it's a great way for her to run around and socialize. Patrick is very caring, who is one of the trainers“
“Woof?! My energetic, 80lb teenage girl - yup, my Rottie-mix pup, Ellie LOVES ♥️Dave, her walker. (And, a tired, well-exercised dog (see photos) is a happy owner, me!) Joe also incredibly responsive when I had urgent situation and needed someone to help out with Ellie. I’ve been really happy with DogOn Fitness, and the fact that Dave seems to be able to handle my muscular, intense girl, with love, belly rubs, and a calm demeanor gives me peace of mind. Total trust is rare gift.“
“The staff here is amazing and my family has a long-standing relationship with them. Indy, my parents Vizsla who unfortunately recently passed, stayed here whenever my parents were out of town. In her younger years, Indy would do doggy daycare… sometimes three times a week even. We never had a bad situation. More recently, my GSP, Duke, has been boarded here about four times of various stays. Every prior location Duke was boarded, he would come back sad and act as if I abandoned him. At CCC, he is excited to see me but has no resentment towards me for leaving him. The staff is well trained, the animals are well taken care of, and I do not stress about Duke when I occasionally leave town. Thanks CCC for the great care!“
“Usually I would not write the review until the service is complete (I pick up Miss Kitty tomorrow morning) but I just have to let the world know what a blessing it was that I found CKCR. Miss Kitty's previous "owner" died in March and her family could not take her in. We connected "by accident" on FB in June, and we've now been together, slowly adjusting, for just four months.
Meanwhile, after several challenging/failed attempts to get her into her carrier so we could leave for a building exterminator appointment, and after cancelling several appointments, I worked with her treats for a week and she walked easily into the carrier. But the appt was delayed four hours after I had already gotten her into the carrier, and we would need to be gone from the apartment for four hours after that. I was so worried about her being in the carrier for so long that I started crying, quite to my surprise. A dear friend suggested that I findi a boarding service so she could be comfortable during the time.
Thank you, Google maps!. I was so grateful to get CKCR on the phone. Bridget called me right back and guided me through the intake process, including making sure we had documentation of shots & spaying. I had her records, but not everything was clear at first. Bridget was so kind and reassuring, as I was crying on and off during the conversation. (Lot's of old feelings to process later on!) She also suggested several things, like a piece of clothing with my scent I could bring to help Miss Kitty feel at home. I felt so relieved.
CKCR is less than a mile away, and another dear friend was available to drive me and Miss Kitty, with Kitty meow/howling and me crying on and off! When we got there, we were so warmly welcomed by Bridget, who showed us Miss Kitty's "condo" and set it all up with food, litter, and the "comfy" items I had brought. I also saw a fabulous play area and she assured me that Miss Kitty will be fine and she will send pictures. I also watched as Miss Kitty tried to dash off when Bridget opened the carrier, and Bridget simply reached under her belly and guided her into the condo. I did not know how to do that! I am so relieved and grateful, and thank the Universe for this blessed gift! And I feel very sure that anything I add to this tomorrow morning will be nothing but positive.“
“08-19-23This is the best place to do training for your dog. It's a lot of fun to watch the agility training.“
“My cat was shedding a little bit (or so I thought…) si I called the groomer. This is what the groomer got out! My vacuum will be happy.“
“I go here mainly to have my dogs' nails cut, as I can't do them at home. Stephanie has the magic touch -- she's always been able to trim their nails, even the super-squirmy pups!“
“I like that the canine coaches are very attentive to the dogs and immediately deal with any aggressive play or behavior. Staff also keeps the rooms clean and cleans up any messes right after they happen. I also enjoy that they have special days and activities for the dogs and will do cute photos for a 5$ fee. Wendell's prom and Olympic photos are the best and they are proudly displayed on my fridge and in my office :) Most importantly, my dog loves it, has been going since he was a puppy, and has made several friends with other regulars :)“
“My dog loves it here for daycare. The employees are always kind and take good care of my dog. With that said, there are a few things to consider for some before using this service for your dog - yes, dogs do potty inside but the smells are different there than at home. Yes, they will crate your dog if they need a break. I trust that if my dog is in a crate outside of nap time, he probably needed a break (he has 0 chill). Make sure that your dog is comfortable in a crate for their break times. If you or your dog aren't comfortable with that, consider looking into somewhere else. Also keep all of your paper work as contracts are subject to change. I made the mistake of messing this up and had a whole issue that was eventually resolved. No biggie. To sum it up, my dog comes home tired and happy which makes me happy.“
