Urgent Care in Fairfax

“In general, I shudder at the thought of going to Urgent Care or ER... and we had to go to one this morning. Prima Urgent Care is the epitome of how Urgent Care should be. The front desk, PAs and billing personnel were all infinitely patient with our out-of state-insurance. They went over our insurance and explained options. The service was top notch. It was good to have a reasonable self-pay option. The waiting area was very pleasant too. Folks here are competent, helpful and genuinely caring. If we ever have to go back to one, this is the place!“
