Horrible experience. Do not use. Unless you’re a big business, they don’t care about their customers. They made an error on my return. They agreed to pay interest and penalties only up to the point that the error was discovered. Took over a year after that for a response from the IRS. I’m on the hook for the rest. Never again. Horrible customer service. Worse than dealing with the IRS.

Horrible customer service. They made a mistake in calculating my taxes. Then only agreed to pay the interest and penalties up to the date the mistake was caught. It took another year to hear from the IRS. I'm on the hook for the $$ error they made and the interest charged after they discovered their mistake. If you're looking for sloppy accountants with horrible customer service these are your guys.
