We were eager to utilize BSB for our evolving small business needs in the greater DC area. However, the level of unprofessionalism and the clear lack of attention to detail regarding client acquisition and retention were major turn-offs. I was introduced to Burdette Smith & Bish and they were able to help me navigate my way through the process.At the staff, manager and partner level I received the responsiveness and attention that I needed so that I could focus on other areas of my business. This is what you do, you put all the tax forms you don't understand in a folder and schedule a meeting. An hour later everything has been solved and you leave with peace of mind.
